Icelandic Sheepdog

This medium sized dog is a descendant of the Norwegian Buhund. It measures about 45cm and weighs fifteen pounds, and is quite muscular. It has the appearance of a Spitz with its thick, dense fur and its tail curled over its back. It is an active and courageous animal, which will be a good guardian for your home. Very sociable, it gets along well with children and other animals, it will never be aggressive and always in a good mood. This is a dog that needs plenty of exercise, which will be unhappy in an apartment.
