Jagdterrier

This dog is of German origin and measures between 30 and 40cm and weighs up to 10 kilos. It is a compact and muscular animal. Its hair is short, longer at the neckline and on the front legs and is generally two-tone: black on the body and fawn on the muzzle and legs. This is a good hunting dog, particularly adept at catching badgers, foxes and raccoons, but also rabbits and even when wounded big game like deer. This is a very intelligent animal and easily adapts to its environment. But it will need a lot of exercise to make it feel good.
