Basque Shepherd Dog

This sheepdog measures between 47cm and 63cm and weighs between 17kg and 30kg. We think it is the ancestor of the Australian Shepherd. This is an intelligent and balanced dog. It is very easy to educate, being firm but never with violence. It is very loyal to its owners and gets along with the whole family and other animals. It needs to exercise a lot and will not fit to apartment life. It prefers to live in the countryside, to run and exercise.
