Balding patches on my dog, no fleas or worms as regularly checked, he is around 10yrs old.

Might want to check that he doesn't have demodex. Demodex is a mite that lives in the hair follicles causing bald patches.

I have used aloe vera gelly on my dog when she had itchy skin, it really worked!! Xxx

Thank you for response, apparently it seems he has a skin condition, almost like eczema poor Bob :(
