how can i stop my dog from barcking at other dogs

But is agresive he was atacked as a puppy but now hes just not nice to other dog 

Remove your dog away from the distraction and correct it until it is under control and eventually calm.  Do not proceed with your dog until your dog's behaviour is what you expect it to be.
