How to stop my cat from sleeping too much, how much cats sleep on average？

My cat sleeps almost 24/7 since this Sept. does anyone of any idea why？Is it normal？

I would like my cat to sleep a lot. It's just that she wants to play all the time, and it's really exhausting for me

Cats sleep on average 15 hours a day, with some sleepy kitties getting in up to 20 hours of shut-eye each day.
