Good suggestions for a picky cat

He is currently sick and also in the middle of a food change. He was previously eating Purina kitten chow with Gerber chicken/turkey. He is too big for kitten food now so he is getting Purina Cat Naturals with canned chicken and also some vet food called WD. He is refusing this now or just picking at it and refuses all soft food. Suggestions?

    I think that you should start by giving him a little bit of hard food and a lot of soft then keep doing that but taking away soft and adding hard until he's just eating hard

    Try to change it slowly my cat is fussy as well and he still refuses sometimes
